Estimates and pricing

• Estimates are free and are not a contract until confirmed by both parties.
• An estimate is based on the information you provide. Final pricing may change after we see the actual size, condition and access of the space.
• Payment terms are agreed before the work begins.

Scheduling and cancellations

Appointments are confirmed by phone, text or email. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the slot to another customer. We may need to reschedule for reasons outside our control, such as weather or equipment issues.

Your responsibilities

• Provide safe access to the property, water and electricity where needed.
• Secure valuables, fragile items and pets before our team arrives.
• Tell us in advance about known damage, delicate materials or special requirements.

Results and limitations

We use professional equipment and methods and work to deliver the best possible result. Some stains, odors or wear are permanent because of the age, material or previous treatment of the surface, so a specific outcome cannot be guaranteed in every case. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, contact us and we will review the job with you.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for wear that becomes visible after cleaning.
